On Fashion

I am becoming obsessed by fashion blogs. I subscribe to about five....especially the photographically focused ones..and follow them daily, staring entranced at the clothing choices made by style mavens the world over. How I would LOVE to be a Chosen One. However it's not going to happen, because, .a.) I don't live in Paris.....b). I don't own a bicycle.

It's often the photography aspect of the blogs just as much as the fashion element which 'does it' for me. The idea of finding a beautiful or interesting image [person/outfit/scene] on the streets you walk along everyday, then documenting it, is a tempting one. There is, I think, a frustrated photo journalist inside me, having a lively fight with the frustrated author, while the frustrated chef hides in the kitchen.
